After coming to the homepage (www.wedionline.org), click on "Submit your ASC X12 5010 Issue" button. A issue submission form will be presented to you. Please fill out the form with at least all minimum required fields and click submit.

You may search for submitted issues using the advanced search feature from the homepage.

Issues submitted are reviewed and sent onto the appropriate government agency, standards body or industry work group as appropriate. You can search for your issue once it has been posted in order to the status of your issue. .

Only a few selected individuals within WEDI and CMS will be able to view your contact information for follow-up as needed. Your issues will be de-identified and available for the general public to search, but your contact information and trading partner details will not be shared.

By submitting anonymously, we will not be able to reach you in order to report back on issues that you submitted. By submitting your contact information, we can reach you for clarification as needed and update you on when a solution has been identified.
